• About the wood: Our premium select pine is wolmanized and carries a separate limited life time warranty against rot and termite damage.
  
• Cedar shake roof is standard on all wood Gazebos
  
• Although these wood Gazebos are long lasting they do require minimal maintenance. We recommend applying a U. V. protection stain every 1-2 years.
  
• Maintenance free vinyl Gazebos have 25 year architectural roof shingles and poly decking on all floors.
  
• We assemble these pre-fab Gazebos on-site. Site prep for level ground is purchaser’s responsibility.
